I am a 20 year plus veteran software engineer with experince in both UNIX and Windows platforms. In addition, I am an avid macro photographer. My specialty is taking pictures of beautiful flowers, up close and personal. Up close, a simple rose becomes breathtakingly beautiful.

I also have a great deal of personal experience in combatting anxiety, panic attacks and other mental health issues. One of the things that I have discovered is that we behave by what we think and our thinking is directly controlled by what we tell ourselves. Many therapists call this "self-talk".

Our view of ourselves can be greatly improved by knowing and believing in the Lord Jesus Christ. With Him, you need never doubt that you are loved and cared for.
